9 Arguments against 'something out of nothing' theory of Quantum physics about the begining of the universe

1) 'Nothing' does not, has not and will not exist to think about to begin with.

2) The argument of 'something out of nothing' theory of how our universe began is that to begin with 'nothing' is unstable.

"Quantum mechanics tells us that there is no such thing as empty space. Even the most perfect vacuum is actually filled by a roiling cloud of particles and antiparticles, which flare into existence and almost instantaneously fade back into nothingness. These so-called virtual particles don't last long enough to be observed directly, but we know they exist by their effects. (Source:- BBC Earth)

2.1) If 'nothing' is nothing, it can't be unstable because unstable is a property. Something that doesn't exist can't have a property

2.3) Accirding to quantum physisits" Even the most perfect vacuum is actually filled by a roiling cloud of particles and antiparticles, which flare into existence and almost instantaneously fade back into nothingness. These so-called virtual particles don't last long enough to be observed directly, but we know they exist by their effects" (Source BBC Earth)

But,

2.3.1) Why is it filled with particles and anti particles? Because it is its property. But if it is nothing, it doesn't exist, if it doesn't exist, it has no property.

3) Nothing is not nothing if we can think of it.
Nothing is just..... We can't think or talk about it since it doesn't exist. It is not a place where anything whatsoever can reside in. Not even our thoughts. Since it doesn't exist, it is not permitted. So we can't think about it in whatsoever way.

3.1) Applying quantum physics to understand it wouldn't be permitted since it doesn't exist it doesn't allow thought in it.

4) nothing is not nothing if something can reside in it

Proof

4.1) Something can not reside in a place that does not exist.

because

4.1.1) Existance can not exist in non existance.

4.2) A legitimate existance with nothing in it is not nothing b/c it is a page of existance to begin with

5) 'Vacume' is not nothing

           because,

5.1) something can exist or reside in 'vacume'. It has a property. A property of a place where in which things can reside in.

Just as its name implies vacume is an empty space or place that can be filled with something. So it is a place and not nothing.

and

5.2) Even "clouds of particles and antiparticles" couldn't have resided in it if it wasn't a place that they could reside in or a place that permits such entities to reside in in the first place. If not a place, even theory can't reside in it. Meaning it would be impossible to think about in any way whatsoever.

6) As 'nothing' is non existant, nothing can come out of it nor can anything be created out of it nor in it.

Proof

6.1. For something to be created in it from it, there needs to be an "it" at first.

7) For something to exist, it needs a place to exist in. If 'nothing' is truely nothing it wouldn't have been 'a place' or a reality where things can exist in. It wouldn't have had the system to be a place that permits anything with any property whatsoever to exist.(Even quantum fluctuations)

So 'Vacume' would be a place as nothing can't reside anywhere that isn't a permissive place.

.
8) Something that does not exist can not have a cause or an effect

9) Laws of phisics can't exist in non existance. Nothing can exist in non existance.

So according to me our best bet on the question "what before existance?" would be, there is no such a thing.
